This house is set on an acre of property and extremely quiet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all new furniture and beds. It comes equipped with a heated, salted pool. You will love entertaining because of the ample decks and privacy for your guests.

It's located 2 miles from the village and beaches. Nick and Toni's is 2 miles for proximity.
Guest access
Everything in the home. The owner has items in the basement that are not to be touched except the washer and dryer.
Other things to note
There is not Hot Tub on the Property. Propane will be an extra charge to heat the pool. Owner will have an accurate reading prior to arrival and a reading on departure.

The East Hampton Oasis rental overall very nice, well maintained backyard & pool & deck, house cute and clean, 3 good bedrooms, plenty towels. Michelle always available by phone to help with anything in house. If one thing could be improved I'd say it would be the laundry washer/dryers since they are a bit old and the dryer broke mid-stay but Michelle offered us to go to a laundry facility therefore she was very accommodating. Location very convenient off main road (3 Mile Harbor Rd) to easily get to small town stores and to the larger fancy EH Village quickly by car. No shortage of restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive and main beach is 5 minute drive. Would be nice if the rental came with a beach parking pass since otherwise its $50 per day to park at main town beach since town beach does not have an hourly rate unfortunately and no side street parking at all. Try Nick-n-Toni's restaurant very close (good food, good service), Cittanuova restaurant (good prices, good service), East Hampton Grill (food very good, nice inside, pricey but worth it), Moby's is nice with a huge outside (reasonable prices, quick service), try Il Buco Al Mare in Amagansett (good food, nice staff), go to Montauk for such a friendly nice feel area and shops, and Sag Harbor is such a nice town BUT Do Not eat at Le Bilboquet - they are horribly rude, overpriced, uncompromising people. Overall I'd recommend Michelle's house as a good rental. Try it.

Our family recently stayed at the East Hampton Oasis for our summer vacation. The place was great and I would highly recommend it. The house was as described, convenient location and very comfortable. The pool was clean and beautiful, we enjoyed making fires in the fire pit and eating and lounging outside on the large deck. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly. We loved staying there and would definitely return!!
