This spacious, open floor plan East Hampton/Amagansett home is the perfect rental for your experience in the Hamptons. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen, which makes entertaining and relaxing a breeze. Property is set back on a quiet piece of land with a heated gunite pool, covered porch, and a long backyard for leisure. Fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and multiple gathering spots 2,500 sqft on two floors provide plenty of living space for all. This ideal location is 10 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to bay beaches, 8 minutes to Amagansett, and 7 minutes to East Hampton town.
The ideally kept, spacious, comfortable house sleeps 10 comfortably with a large king master suite and an attached private terrace, two queen bedrooms (one with en suite bath), and a bedroom with two full-size beds. The massive kitchen is perfect for cooking a with a large refrigerator, gas stove/oven, and kitchen table that seats 12 (not shown expanded in pictures). Other amenities include High Speed WiFi, Central Air/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Central Vac, two flat screen LED Cable TVs, 3-burner grill hooked up to house propane, comfortable teak pool lounge chairs, pool umbrella, outdoor dining table on the covered porch (perfect for outdoor dinners), Big Green Egg, pizza oven, and more.

The house was beautiful. Everything was exactly as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised to see a fairly stocked kitchen, which made it very convenient. Jeff was a wonderful host, and his house was beautiful. Our stay was seamless from beginning to end.

Great house and owner, Jeff Mintz. Spacious, modern, comfortable home; beautiful pool and outdoors. Easy access to beaches in Amagansett and East Hampton, where there is public. Jeff actually saved our vacation by making the home available to us last minute when we had to leave the original home we had rented for our vacation. Great place for a family or group.
