About this house rental
Brand new exceptionally designed custom home on 3/4 acres flanked by a preserve on a quiet scenic lane overlooking 3 Mile Harbor.
4000 square feet, with living areas in all three floors. The primary suite, kitchen, living room and terraces are stand alone on the second floor with vaulted wood ceilings throughout and expansive views of the breathtaking scenery. The private pool house is set back and conditioned with a very comfortable queen bed, vaulted wood clad ceilings and ensuite bath overlooking the pool. The kitchen is bright and fully stocked with a Viking stove, Poland Spring dispenser, main and beverage refrigerators, and all new utensils and additional appliances. The dining room table seats ten with two adjacent east and west facing terraces to enjoy sunrise and sunset views. The first floor offers a convenient common area overlooking the pool and two queen ensuite bedrooms. There is also a bunk room with a full and 3 twin beds alongside a full bath. The property itself can only be described as paradise - quiet, private, lush and expansive. The glass tile lined heated gunite pool sits in the sun from morning to night, but also offers shade beneath the oaks, umbrellas and second floor deck. In the front yard lies a beautiful playground, gardens and stone walls.
The last house on a short lane located just across from Three Mile Harbor Marina. A five minute drive or fifteen minute bike ride to East Hampton and Amagansett villages, ocean and bay beaches. A five minute walk to the Harbor and a gourmet market. this home is the perfect destination for the quintessential Hamptons summer retreat.

An amazing stay with such incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, kept perfectly by the owners. Very spacious, modern & clean. The hosts were outstanding to us, they helped me with anything I needed & even helped shovel/salt the driveway from some snow.10/10 I would recommend this great home & the wonderful hosts to anyone!

Perfect Sag Harbor Getaway!We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful new home in Sag Harbor! From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed. Each of the four bedrooms having its own bathroom was a huge plus for our group, and the house had absolutely everything we needed. We loved the two spacious decks — one on each side of the house — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The backyard offered great privacy, and we spent hours lounging by the sparkling pool and relaxing in the hammock. With plenty of parking and peaceful surroundings, it truly felt like our own private retreat. We can’t wait to come back!
