About this apartment rental
We rent Villa Calex II for your comfort in Savudrija, Crveni Vrh. The villa is located on the beautiful coast of Alberi near Savudrija 20 m from the beach and offers a beautiful view of the sea or Slovenia. In the district of Alberi 5.4 km from the center of Savudrija and 8.5 km from the center of Umag, in a quiet position on a slope.
The villa has a living room connected to the kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a loft bed. The villa has a terrace with jacuzzi and outdoor shower, fireplace where you can prepare various Mediterranean dishes. There is also a shower on the beach. There are two covered parking spaces available for guests.
Play golf at the first 18-hole golf championship in Croatia, within walking distance of the villa. Beautiful Schifferkirche, four tennis courts (green set), a multi-purpose field for football and basketball, a well-equipped fitness center and a sporting goods rental are also nearby.

Kids will also get their money's worth on the 4,000 m2 children's playground with slides, swings, climbing and much more.
Cap Savudrija and surroundings
The beautiful green landscape and the mild Mediterranean climate around the Cap Savudrija and in Istria tempt you on culinary, cultural and sporting excursions. Excellent Istria wines, sea specialties, cozy taverns, the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic coast in Savudrija and the numerous marinas are sights that can be easily explored by bike, horse or boat.
Due to the proximity to the EU neighboring countries and the excellent transport connections, you can reach Vila Savudrija by car in just a few hours. The nearest airports are in Portoroz / Slovenia (15 km), Trieste / Italy (60 km) and Pula / Croatia (95 km).

Alles super schön gerne wieder und der Service war vom feinsten

Einfache Kontaktaufnahme und freundlicher Empfang durch Tomaz Vater direkt vor Ort und einem vollen Kühlschrank, was uns beeindruckte. Sehr hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Team von denen wir am Abschlussabend sogar ein leckeres lokales Mehrgangmenü zubereitet bekommen haben. Die Wohnung mit Küche sowie die Gartenanlage sind sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Mit direktem Zugang zum Meer ist dies der perfekter Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir genossen auch die wenig vorhandenen Touristen (Urlaubszeit: Mai).

Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt (Ice-Maker, tolle Kaffeemaschine(inkl. Kaffee-Pads), Klimaanlage, in jedem Zimmer TV, WLAN). Es fehlt an nichts.
Besonder auffalllend war der Service: Freundlich, immer verfügbar, der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit allem was man braucht (Schinken, Käse, Wasser, Cola, Bier, Wein, Obst). Das hatten wir noch nie. Normalerweise muss man am ersten Tag mal einkaufen gehen.

Nur wenige Stufen zum Meer und trotz Hauptsaison immer genug Platz.
