Spacious, clean

This place was booked to enjoy Aosta with my family before Christmas, mainly because it was central and advertised as accessible, as my mother-in-law uses a wheelchair. Unlike usual, we only received a message one day before arrival asking our arrival time, with no instructions for parking or access. Parking was very difficult with two cars (which I had mentioned in advance). We were instructed to enter from the back, which was extremely hard to maneuver with a wheelchair, only to later discover there was a main entrance from the street. Accessing the unit from the back required passing cartons, two doors, and a balcony with a wheelchair. Only after struggling did they offer parking inside the facility. Upon arrival, the host collected EUR 1.5 per person in cash, which was never mentioned beforehand. We remained calm throughout. Checkout was strictly set at 10 am despite our request for 11 am. The next morning, before 8 am, we were woken by a missed call and the host knocking on our door, insisting we move our car immediately due to a note on the dashboard. Half asleep and still in pajamas, we were rushed outside. We had parked as instructed and noticed other cars occupying multiple spaces without any notice. At checkout, while my sister and mother-in-law were still inside, at 9:54 am the host and another person entered the unit without knocking or calling, showing zero respect for guests. Although the location was central and the unit spacious and clean, there were no real amenities for disabled guests (except the elevator), and the lack of hospitality, respect, and consideration completely ruined the experience.

The apartment is in the central town in Aosta. It was so comfortable to visit the town and to find some restaurants and also there is a supermarket in 2 minutes on foot. There are enough space for 4 of us and kitchen equipment are ready for cooking. Anny and Piero were very kind and helpful. They replied us quickly before we arrive there.

You could not ask for a better location in central historic Aosta. Everything is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and there are easy parking options nearby. The flat is very spacious and on the second floor of an old historic building that has a lift. The hosts are very helpful and easy to contact.

The apartment itself is plain and the large rooms feel a little spartan, but have all that is needed. We could have done with bigger bath towels as those supplied were quite small. These are very minor issues and not a complaint of any sort.

Would recommend providing more towels - but not a big issue

Central location and light, bright and airy. Option to park on site an added bonus and very little street noise or noise from other apartments

The only minor issue was the hot water which wasn’t enough for a family of four post skiing but that is only a minor detail and once we knew to stagger showers it was fine

Very spacious apartment in the absolute center of Aosta, huge bedrooms, good living and good kitchen. Nice bathroom. Also balcony facing the sun in the afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay! The host Anny was very nice and punctual.

Kitchen equipment needs expanding. No breakfast plates, limited glasses, limited cutlery, not much room to leave your food. An extra kitchen cabinet would be good. Also more (kitchen) towels would come in handy. Shower is very nice but quite small. This is a busy area so we had to close the windows at night to prevent waking up by the noise outside.

Amazing central location. Appartement is decorated with a lot of taste.

Location and coffee machine

Kitchen utensils - not able to cook as no utensils apart from a ladle and a wooden spoon. Bed linen - looking very tired, bobbly and cheap quality.
