Located on the 20th floor, this condo has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the lagoon. Located across the street from the Gulf, there is still a direct Gulf view as there is an air-conditioned walkway over the road - no need to worry about traffic. The Gulf-side has pools and a gated entrance to the white, sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. Between both sides, you'll have three pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center.
The bedrooms have TVs, and there's free WiFi throughout. The sofa pulls out into a bed. The living and dining area is spacious and the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for all your dining and cooking needs.

This condo is on the 20th floor and has an amazing view of the city and ocean below. The master bedroom has an ocean view that makes you feel as though you are right on the water.
It was so nice not to have to walk across the busy road. Instead, there is a walkway over the road that takes you too the pool and ocean.
It was very clean aside from some sand on the floors, which we felt was to be expected. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

The living, dining and kitchen area were very nice. The master and guest beds were comfortable, but the sheets did not fit and came off the mattress every night. When we arrived, the TV remotes were all in the living room with a pile of batteries, none of which worked. There was not a remote for the living room TV. There are no blankets at all in the unit and only 6-8 hangers. Housekeeping was lacking; when we arrived, there was something spilled in the dishwasher causing a foul odor throughout. We found a cup with dried milk under the guest bed and gummi bears and socks under the master bed. There were 2 dirty towels in the washer and the dryer did not work the entire week. The repair man came and said a part needed to be ordered. I e-mailed the host several days before our visit to ask questions and still have not received a reply. I also called on our first day to report the problems. Linda took a report and said someone would contact us, but we never received a reply. We visit Gulf Shores every year and have stayed at Crystal Tower several times. It is a beautiful resort with wonderful views, but this unit was a disappointment.
