The views

Could’ve been a little more cleaner; floors had my entire family feet black! I keep shoes on at all times so I was the only one with clean feet leaving for the pool/beach..

The sofa bed and the chair bed was perfect for the children. The master bed we were able sleep wonderfully. The view was perfect and the amenities were awesome!

The elevators were not air conditioned and sometimes felt hotter than it felt outside.

Location, cleanliness and furnishings

I didn’t completely understand where lock box was but found it. Door was a little hard to unlock

Location, location, location! View is beautiful. Nice big balcony. Master bed is firm and the 2nd bed was soft. Nice to have a choice. Check in and out is a breeze!!!!!! The smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarms batteries were low causing intermittent alarms. We called and they had this remedied within 3 hours. No issues there!

Property was not very clean. There were crumbs in areas that should have been cleaned. We found trash and gummy bears in and under the couch. Found old razor covers from previous users in the bathroom. We remedied this ourselves since we had a short stay and we were out a lot. Kitchen. There were only champagne glasses and an old juice cup to drink out of. Knives in butcher block were old with tips broken off and dull. The ice machine works, but the water and ice dispenser on the outside is broken. You have to put your hand in the icebox to get ice.
