Crystal Tower 1103

It had everything we needed! It was clean and spacious and a great location! We loved the pool with the lazy river and the beach access. Also the connector from the condo to the pool across the road. So nice!

The mattresses! I’m going to need a chiropractor after sleeping on that bed but it wasn’t the worst. Also, the pool and hot tub located right at the hotel seemed dirty and less taken care of than the one across the street. We spent most of our time at the one across the street with the lazy river but would still come back! Also the elevators on check out took over 15 mins to get one that we could fit a cart on.

We love crystal towers- the location, the amenities, but have noticed a decline in the care over the last few years- not in the facilities those have been updated and worked on- the care that is missing is from the cleaning staff.

It was setup well. Size was very nice. Breezeway was awesome. 3 pools & 2 hot tubes great.

A little issue with elevators during prime hours but we were able to do the stairs for extra exercise.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the couch had springs almost coming out. The pool was not kid friendly or appropriate for my diabetic husband who was not allowed to eat at the table. The elevator did not work.
