CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

My wife and twin sons stayed for the week of the 4th and had a wonderful experience. The condo was clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony was incredible, and as always this location is close to all of the attractions and restaurants that Gulf Shores has to offer. Communication with the property manager was frequent, clear, and helpful. I'd gladly stay here again.

We stayed at crystal tower room 2008. Everything was just as pictured and described and our stay was great!

The condo is nice and comfortable and awesome view….however…the management needs a lot of work…we could not get in touch with them 1 time or even saw them on our entire stay….they leave phone number for you to call but they never answer phone and voice mail not set up….and they don’t even answer or acknowledges your texts…..they have construction going on the back of building and you cant find the carts to load things….and couldn’t get in touch with manager either…..we were on the 20 th floor and my daughter and myself with a 4 yr old and 5 yr old it took us 7 trips to take our things up and down this morning in the bad wind…..I would come back but will not until they have better management.
