Spacious 3 bedroomed apartment with seaview in the centre of Coveta Fuma (Complex 'Covespan') at only 40 meters from the sea/beach and restaurants, bars, supermarket, trainstation, gym, hairdresser etc. There complex has a communal pool, outdoor showers, toilets, lovely garden with umbrellas (Bamboo) and palmtrees . In total there sleeps 6 persons (3 bedrooms); bedrooms 1; double bed, buil- wardrobes, bedroom 2 ; double bed, built -in wardrobes and sofabed, bedroom 3 ; one single bed. All bedrooms have built - in wardrobes and A/C.
The cosy livingroom has a flatscreen t.v, satelite connection and internet. From the livingroom you have access to a private terrace with a dining table . It also has a modern amercian kitchen with bar which is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemachine, watercooker, toaster etc). The 2 bathrooms are recently renewed ; 1 ensuite bathroom with the master-bedroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet, the 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, a washingmachine and dryer.
Extra´s; , 2 lifts in the complex, airconditioning in all rooms, free internet, satelite television and intercom system.
Within 25 minutes drive you find Alicante airport.
