Die Nähe zum Strand, die schöne Aussicht, das Meer, die Einrichtung des Hauses (inkl. Terrasse) und das angenehme Klima im Herbst. Auch Alicante ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, wo es einen grossen Sandstrand hat. Die Läden sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar (wir waren froh um das gemietete Auto). Die Zimmer haben Meerblick und überall hat es eine Klimaanlage.

Bei der Dusche lief das Wasser sehr schlecht ab und beim Spazieren trafen wir häufig Tierkot an. Zudem war der Pool wegen einem Wasserleck während dem ganzen Aufenthalt geschlossen (wir wurden nicht aktiv darüber informiert). Wir hatten extra eine Unterkunft ausgesucht, bei welcher der Pool ganzjährig offen ist. Das Meer war aber sehr angenehm, es empfiehlt sich jedoch Badeschuhe mitzunehmen, da der Strand und ein grosser Teil des Untergrundes sehr steinig ist. Schade war auch, dass wir die Wiese der Überbauung nicht betreten durften bzw. die Kinder nicht darauf spielen durften.

Because our flight was late at night, our arrival was outside of the usual check-in hours, but the owner kindly waited for us and was very helpful, as we had informed him by message. He was very kind throughout our stay, and since our return flight on the check-out day was also late at night, he allowed us to stay as long as we needed past the usual check-out time at no extra cost.

Bonita casa, con todo lo necesario y más, con vistas al mar. En una urbanización tranquila, a primera linea de playa. La playa es de piedra pero de fácil acceso.

The villa was in a lovely location overlooking the coast, it was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend the villa to couples or friends but I would not recommend to families with young children, or people who do not smoke. The host had great communication, answered questions quickly.

The neighbours were very noisy and smoked a lot, this made it difficult to sit outside or even sit with the door open which meant we spent quite some time indoors. It would have been useful having a guide to the villa, such as which key was which, how we needed to leave the villa ie strip beds etc, wifi password. The keys had been left under the BBQ by the neighbour who did quickly explain them to us, then instructed us to leave them there when we left which we were uncomfortable with. A key safe would be handy! We found it difficult with young children (4 and 1) at the villa, it wasn't really set up for children and was also difficult going up the stairs to the pool too. It was also listed there was an oven in the property, which there isn't...or we couldn't find one. Since we were in every evening this did make it more difficult to cook meals. Again, I would not recommend this villa for families with young children. My 4 year old was fine but definitely not younger.
