San Juan Beach, White House

Absolute satisfaction with this house and truly recommend it to everyone who wants to be 1 minute away from the beach. The house is super comfy, with all the appliances including the AC. Supermarkets like Consum and Mercadona are approximately 15 mins walking distance. Dia is located closer but it’s very small and in the pm hours it can get very empty.

The location is perfect Everything needed is in the house. Cannot recommend more! We were there during Christmas time, so don’t know how it’s during summer time, but for winter was great

Truly nothing

Отличное месторасположение, 50 м от моря. Хороший дом, первый этаж с кухней, туалетом и диваном, есть маленький дворик с стиральной машиной. Довольно крутая лестница на верх. На втором этаже душевая и три спальные. Все с двухспальными кроватями. В одной из них сильно скрипел матрас или сама кровать. По нашей просьбе хозяйка выдала нам маленькие подушки и теплые одеяла. Единственный кондиционер находиться в леснечном пролете. В каждой спальной есть лампа вентилятор с хорошим обдувом. Телевизор с большим экраном. Есть ютуб. Сам дом нам понравился и место расположение. Хозяйка была отзывчевая. Помогла вызвать такси.

Скрипучая кровать. Мало кафе в округе. Довольно высокая стоимость.

The positive things to be consider: - very close to the beach; - refurbished and fresh design; - enough space; - very responsive host.

I think it was a small mistake regarding the towels provided, they were clean but they have a very strong mold smell (maybe not very well dry before or deposited in a humid environment). The AC position doesn’t provide enough cold air in the upstairs bedrooms for those who prefer it during the night. Suggestion: I would provide toiletries in the bathrooms for this fare level.
