This is fantastic opportunity to rent a Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment within easy access of the beach, the tram and overlooking the central park area and within the centre of the popular coastal resort of El Campello, Alicante.
Alicante Airport (el Altet) is located just 30 minutes from El Campello with Alicante City within reach from the apartment in 22 minutes via the fantastic and reliable tram link which is just a 3 minute stroll from the property.

This Beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment is located within a secure complex close to El Campello tram station and the the Beach-Promenade of Campello. The property offers you a spacious balcony at the rear of the property leading from all of the 3 bedrooms and offers views of the communal swimming pool and childrens play area .Directly from the lounge the property also offers you a south facing balcony overlooking the central park area.
The apartment offers you a fully equipped independent kitchen ,Spacious lounge with a south facing balcony, All of the 3 bedrooms lead onto a spacious balcony with views of the swimming pool,You have the choice of 2 bathrooms with a family bathroom as the main bathroom for the guest bedrooms to share and an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. We stayed 27th June to 6th July. The apartment was very nice. It was very hot but the apartment had excellent air conditioning. We knew the area well and the apartment location is good. Pool is nice with plenty of sun beds if needed. Martene was very flexible and responsive.

Property was in an excellent location for transport and beach , shame that we wasn’t notified of buildings works within our complex ( all day) which was so noisy at times you couldn’t stay around the pool , resort itself was quiet and lacked a little atmosphere couple of minor issues which was sorted very quickly by our host martene

The apartment is perfectly located with proximity to both the beach, the tram stop, several supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment has a small but good kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with an efficient air conditioner that is easy to use. The apartment has 6 beds but unfortunately only 4 dining places and the dining area is quite cramped. It's the same on the balcony, which is otherwise very nice, overlooking a large playground/park area. We really appreciated that the apartment has water filtration so you do not have to buy and carry home drinking water. The beds and furniture are in good condition, the bathrooms are nice, however, the bathroom fans are not very efficient and quite noisy. Overall we think the apartment is very good, the pool and the house in general is super nice. The apartment is perfect for 4-5 guests. Our family with 6 people lived in the apartment for two weeks and although it was a bit crowded at dinner, we enjoyed it very much and look forward to being able to return soon.
