This 96 m² sunny and cozy duplex apartment is centrally located right on the promenade: restaurants, bars, cafés, pharmacies, shops… everything is within walking distance. Supermarkets and a tram stop are just a 4-minute walk away. The modern and tastefully furnished apartment offers 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds; a living room with a sofa bed and dining area; a practical open-concept kitchen—equipped with all standard kitchen appliances; 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets; and a furnished balcony. Both bedrooms, the dining area, the living room, and the kitchen have a direct ocean view! Bed linens, towels, and a washing machine are provided, along with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning with a heating function. The second-floor apartment is accessible by elevator and is only 29 km from Alicante International Airport.
El Campello is a beautiful coastal town on the Costa Blanca, 13 km northeast of Alicante. From Campello, you can, for example, take the tram to Villa Joyosa (historic town center and chocolate factory) or Benidorm (kilometers of beaches and amusement parks), and from there continue by train to Calp (old town and hike to the Penyal d’Ifac rock) and Denia, with its 20-km-long sandy beach, the “Castillo de Dénia” castle, and various museums, or other popular towns. Whether it’s water activities, beach walks, cultural excursions, a trip to Tabarca Island, or a picnic in the picturesque Font Algar Nature Reserve—there’s something for everyone.

Property was perfectly placed, direct access to sea and beach for morning and evening /daily swims. Apt was beautiful with uninterrupted views to the beach. Right beside all amenities. Very comfortable, clean apartment with all that you need for a great stay 👌
