The owner is very helpful, polite and pleasant. Sanya speaks excellent English. So it was very easy to communicate. Registration was very quick and easy. The apartment is quite clean, there is everything you need. Internet is stable and fast. Free public parking around the building. It's quite busy, but still you can find a place. A large mall is right across the street. The historic city center can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes.
Of course, it is impossible to change the location of the apartments. But the place itself is not the coziest, without beautiful views. Although most of the non-central regions of Split look similar.

very clean and cozy apartment with a great view from the balcony. the owner was very accommodating and even saved a parking space for us late in the evening.
