Clean and big apartment, comfortable beds, AC, well equipped kitchen. Convenient underground parking. Good location (next to big shopping center, city center can be reached by foot (~20 min.) or public transport).
No self check-in. This is really inconvenient. Handing over the keys requires wasting time communicating and waiting for an appointment. Besides, you don't always know exactly when you will arrive... Also keep in mind that all the windows of the apartment face the main street, where, at least on the weekend, there was noise from people at night (even with closed windows)
