We had a great week at 1412 Beach Cottages.
To start the assigned parking spot was very convenient to the elevators.
The condo was lovely with the best part being the view from the deck. It was better than I expected. For only being 2 bedrooms it felt like a very spacious unit.
The kitchen was well equipped with some items I don’t normally find in a condo. There were plenty of pans including a fairly large stock pot. Some other items that I can’t always count on in a rental: good knife selection, storage containers for food, crock pot, good scissors and a pitcher. The freezer has an ice maker that had plenty of ice upon our arrival. We had some issues with the oven as it was not getting past 365 degrees. They could use more large serving spoons including a slotted spoon.
Some things I brought that I probably didn’t need to because others had provided and left behind: trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, salt and pepper. I would wait to buy these until you see if you need them. There are also a ton of coffee filters! People have also felt behind sugar and sugar packets.
There were plenty of beach supplies (but bring your own beach towels) and some books, games and puzzles.
The TVs were all different (one had cable and the living tv was a smart tv).
The pool and pool deck was lovely.
I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent, from the host, to view of the beach, to parking. The only negative would be towards the cleaning crew.

I Trip is a hassle to communicate with. Having to go into the app & sign in each time you need to reference something is time consuming, especially while on vacation. When we did get text communications, they were very prompt with our requests & issues. Condo was very clean, extra sheets for each bed would have been nice as master bedroom sheets paper thin, sliding off bed each night. Replaced3 beach cha very quickly & were high end ones!!
