We are a privately owned condominium within a prime-location Beachfront Resort in Indian Shores, Florida- Our unit is an Oceanview first floor unit with Heated Pool and Large Sun Deck, Hot Tub, Gas Grills and Heated Pool newly refurbished for your enjoyment!
Our unit opens directly onto the sundeck for beautiful ocean views, and the sunsets views of the Gulf of Mexico cannot be beat. Our unit Sleeps 6 and is a newly painted unit which includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, living room, dining area, well-appointed eat -in kitchen, and private patio.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, high end mattress and pillows. It boasts a private dressing area and full 4-piece master bath. Second bedroom has two full size beds and full-size guest bath. A Pack n' Play is on site. Amenities include 3-flat screen smart TV's, DVD player and child movies, complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/heat, full size washer/dryer, beach towels and numerous beach/pool toys, hair dryers and most of all we are only STEPS to pool and beach.
If you want to leave our paradise of Indian Shores~ we are only a few minutes' drive to Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg beaches!! 20 minutes to Bush Gardens and 2 hours from Disney Attractions.
We offer 24-hour service to ensure your stay with us exceeds your expectations.

Condo was clean. Fantastic response from the property manager. Sunsets are absolutely beautiful. PoolWas under construction which was a bummer. We were allowed to use the pool next door at another condo. Which was just a short walk from where we stayed. One word of advice would be to make sure you park in your designated parking spot with your parking pass visible or Doug will certainly make you aware of your honest mistake. Overall experience was great.

Great location. Condo was very clean. Easy check in. Lots of other families but the beach wasn't packed. Kids loved the pool. Beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. Lovely rental. First time to Clearwater and we loved it! Thank you for being great hosts!

Property was nice, well stocked and a great location. The rules and communication provided by the property manager were intense and abrasive. The property manager had to meet us and walk through the condo with us to tell us the rules in person that were already in writing. In addition, a long text was sent about how we need to provide appropriate tips to cleaning crew and other support personnel with a note/lecture on why tipping others is necessary. We had multiple family members rent in this facility the same week and none of them had that an experience like this.
I would definitely rent in this complex, BUT choose another condo.
