Sunset Views & Easy Beach Access

Great spot! Right on the beach with a heated pool and hot tub. Condo had everything we needed.

The condo was clean and had the ideal perks of being close to the beach as well as an onsite pool available. There was a minor inconvenience of the ice maker not working so we had to buy a bag, but a major inconvenience of the elevator being down 4 out of 9 days of the stay. While this is not the owner's fault, the communication was at times less than ideal (phone calls unanswered with only text responses) regarding this situation. I did not see it mentioned as an issue in prior reviews so likely an unfortunate fluke, but something for others to keep in mind if anyone in your party has difficulty with repeated trips up and down 4 flights of stairs. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again.

The condo itself is very nice! It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen items available, such as, foil, Saran Wrap, large bottle of dish soap, storage containers etc. with that being said, it did not take away the fun and relaxing atmosphere of the condo or the area. The pool was nice and warm and hot tub was hot. Just the way we like it. Doug was very prompt at responding to any needs or questions we had. We would stay here again!

We’ve been coming to San Remo for the last several years. Doug’s condo is laid out pretty much the same as others we’ve rented, although we did run into a few glitches involving the TV and some kitchen utensils. But, the view was glorious as ever and the weather certainly better than the blizzard we missed in MA!!
