Redington Retreat is a breathtaking beach condo located in the quiet beach town of Redington Shores. With partial water & sunset views, The condo boasts an open floor plan and is furnished to accommodate up to 6 adults.

This beautifully updated beach condo is located in Redington Shores, a quiet coastal town situated along Gulf Blvd between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. This premier condo boasts an open floor plan and is furnished to accommodate up to 6 adults comfortable
The spacious balcony connects to the living room and both bedrooms, and is the perfect place to take in breathtaking sunsets and warm FL breezes. Featuring two lounge chairs, and a plush sofa, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax with a drink in their hand.
Inside, the fully stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the dishes and cookware you need to whip a delicious meal. This lovely `chef`s` kitchen opens up to the dining and living area, allowing for a modern open floor plan that you and your group can enjoy.
The comfortably furnished living area features a large flat screen Smart TV with Roku & cable access. Open up the blinds & curtains and enjoy tons of natural sunlight and views of the balcony.
The first bedroom has two queen beds, a private bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. The walk-in closet includes a high chair and pack n [play for infants and toddlers.
The second bedroom features a king-size bed with luxury linens, a down comforter, and a flat-screen smart TV. There is also a closet with plenty of room to store your belongings. Both bedrooms provide balcony access and offer bedside lighting, ceiling fans, and charging ports.
Redington Retreat includes access to a swimming pool, hot tub free parking, and all the essentials for a fun beach day: a cooler, portable chairs, beach towels, kids` toys, and yoga mats which are cleaned after each stay.

The San Remo building, location, parking, pool, and hot tub are outstanding. This was our third stay in the San Remo building and our first in this particular unit. We liked being on the first floor and the unit had everything we needed. The beds, pillows, and linens were comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee maker every morning. Our only complaint was that it seemed as though no one had been in the unit in quite some time. It was not very clean. There was hair on both bathroom’s shower floors, a used cleaning rag on the dining room floor, dust on two of the tables (thick enough to write your name in), and I can confidently say that none of the area rugs were vacuumed at all (if I were managing this property—I’d throw those rugs in the trash). Our previous two visits at the San Remo were booked through VRBO and we communicated directly with the unit owners. This particular visit, however—which was also booked through VRBO, felt as though a third party or property manager was our liaison. So…it was a less personal experience. For example—there was no parking pass left for us. We luckily found one folded up in a drawer. Also, when I reported the disappointing cleanliness—I was asked to send pictures (which I did). I never received a response. All in all—it was a lovely vacation and we were very happy to be there. The bird sanctuary right next store is a can’t miss. We strolled through several times and loved hearing and seeing the constant bird activity.

Everything was in good condition and I loved that I didn’t have to do anything to check out. The pool was so so nice.

The unit is on the outside was under construction so parking was terrible. The building needs alot of work. The unit inside is nice but it is old. The dishes were dirty, the dishwasher didnt work well, the door to the washer and dryer was falling off. It does not have a view and the area to sit outside looks at the parking lot.
It was fine but for the money we were definitely expecting more.
