Cut stay short due to lack of privacy as accommodation was in basement of owners home

Superb

Really spatious two room accomodation in the basement of the owners house. We had everything we needed. Even our small daughter had her own king size bed. Breakfast was huge and delicious. So highly recommended. The owner was very nice, friendly and helpfull person and it was a pleasure to stay in his house, which is only 5mins by car to the centre of Udine.

Great place to stay with a homely feeling

The service was great and the people who run the bed and breakfast are very kind. They were flexibel to our arrival time and there was space to park our big car. Great hospitality. Excellent breakfast.

Comfortable room at Udine suburbs

Comfortable and clean room with a bathroom. Fast WIFI, fridge with water and juice for us, large bathroom. Breakfast was ok (hot croissant with jam, fresh break and good coffee). AC in the room as well, clean towels provided.

It seems like somebody is living in the room while it is not booked: there were a lot of owners' private stuff everywhere, even the wardrobe was full of dresses and shirts - too little place to store our belongings. Tv had just Rai 1, Rai 2 and 3 channels. Bit difficult to reach via public transport from Udine - bus stop is around 7 mins but no pavements along busy Road.
