Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter Mitte Juni für 8 Tage in White Pearl. Das Appartment war schön eingerichtet und ziemlich neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der eigenen Terrasse konnte man sehr schön frühstücken. Direkt mit Meerblick. Es ist eine wunderschöne Ecke am Rand Makry Gialos. Direkt am Strand entlang war man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum des kleinen Dörf‘chen. Neben dem Appartement gab es gute Taverne. Im Zentrum ebenso. Das Dorf ist ideal für Reisende die gerne etwas Ruhe haben und dennoch gute schöne Tavernen und bar‘s und Café mögen. Der Besitzer Herr Yannis ist sehr freundlich und hat uns noch vor der Anreise kontaktiert ob wir ein babybett oder ein Schlafsofa wollen für unsere Tochter. Er hat uns auch tolle Tipps für Tavernen und anderen Dungen gegeben. Kurzum: Es war wunderschön dort. Sehr erholsam.

Very clean. Good price. Big bed. Welcome from housekeeper, nice biscuits and raki. Good base for experiencing genuine Cretan hospitality if you are prepared to drive 15 mins from the town. Seretis restaurant is fantastic.
Car parking (secure) but not directly on site. Poor communication for check in (phone not answered on arrival). Balcony !!! tiny and on main walkway to the beach.
