An excellent hotel that delivers both an immersive jungle experience and the level of service you would expect from a true high level 5 star hotel . One of the most impressive aspects of the stay was how the staff seemed to know your name wherever you went, creating a genuinely personalized and welcoming atmosphere.
The pools are spectacular, the views are breathtaking, and the villas are absolutely worth the price. Every detail of the property contributes to a memorable experience. I left feeling extremely happy with my stay and already hoping to return in the future.
A special thank you to Risky and Dewa, my butlers during the stay. Their exceptional care, attention to detail, and constant willingness to help made a great experience even more memorable. Their hospitality truly stood out and is a perfect example of the outstanding service this hotel provides.

Gorgeous property and amazing staff. They learn your name and cater to every wish/need. Very caring.
The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the song (with panflutes) that kept replaying and replaying!
