We thoroughly enjoyed our time Under the Oaks. The host thoughtfully provided many amenities, including comfortable beds, good quality towels, robes, hot tub and pretty linens. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, breakfast foods, and s'more kits! There is comfortable seating everywhere. I recommend this site for a group of close friends or family who like to gather under the stars and sip coffee outside in the morning. It was an ideal location and just a short drive to downtown SB. We plan to stay here again when we come back to SB. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Extremely well located in Santa Barbara Mission Canyon very close to the Natural History Museum, Rocky Nook Park and the Mission. Easy walk to all three. Beautiful old house surrounded by very large, very old oak trees, sycamores and other lush green vegetation. Beautiful decks and patios. Excellent large private hot tub. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Hundreds of interesting books. Very comfortable, quiet bedrooms. Close to everything in Santa Barbara. Parking on site along the street in front of the house. Owner is very responsive. A wonderful place for our family vacation: 2 grandparents; 2 parents and 2 little kids.
