Great location and very clean and convenient

The host was very communicative. The property was clean and well stocked. It’s in a great location-walking distance to the beach and nightlife. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. Parking spot available.

The apartment is conveniently located near multiple restaurants and a few blocks walk away from the beach and pier.
Unfortunately, this is beyond the control of the Management or Owner, but the property is right behind the Amtrak Train Station. The train always blares its loud air horn. This usually ends at 10 pm.
The other major negative is the lack of Air Conditioning. The management or owner should invest in singular room AC units instead of having a central AC.
