This Paradise Retreats standalone Spanish-style home is located in Santa Barbara’s cutest neighborhood, West Beach. It’s filled with small bungalows and boutique hotels that are just steps from the beach, Stearns Wharf, State Street, and the Harbor. The Brewhouse Restaurant, Neighborhood Bar, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better.
The tri-level home embraces its Spanish architecture with modern comforts. The ground floor offers the first Primary Suite with a private enclosed patio and extremely large spa-inspired bathroom. The second level includes a cozy Living Room, open Kitchen, Guest Room, and Guest Bath. The third level focuses on the view with the second Primary Suite offering a private rooftop balcony. Not only is this home beautiful but it’s eco-conscious as being one of the first Platinum LEED Certified and Green Constructed Projects in the nation.

Beautiful house in a safe and quiet location. The beach and State Street are all in walking distance. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again!

We love the home and the location was excellent for what we wanted to do. The home was unique and comfortable and really close (walking distance) to the bay area as well as shopping and restaurants.

This rental is in a perfect location for accessing restaurants, shops and the beach. Really cool architecture.
Unfortunately, the beds and living room furniture were broken down and uncomfortable.
Parking is terrible. Street parking was impossible and maintenance crews onsite everyday making access to driveway and garage challenging. The condos face each other and echo noises. Maintenance crews were onsite everyday and it felt like they were inside the units talking and they parked their truck 8' from front door entrance from 8a-5p.
Overall, great location but too expensive for having worn out beds and living room furniture and dealing with the daily noise.
