At the end of a peaceful cul de sac, a quiet haven free of cars; Beautifully landscaped! Catch some rays on the 4 chaise lounges. show off your throwing skills with our corn hole game. Enjoy dining al fresco under string lights on the patio. Grill some burgers on the Kitchen Aid outdoor grill. Cozy up with family and friends by the fire pit. Your dogs can run free in the fenced yard, or walk them off leash in the nature preserve a block away. All this, yet so close to the city; State Street, pier, funk zone , shopping, wine tasting are all less than two miles away, an 8 minute drive. Our location on the Mesa has its own downtown walking distance (1/2 mile away) with organic markets, fine and casual dining, drug stores, salons, electric bike rental and ice cream and frozen yogurt parlors.
Our neighborhood is secluded and incredibly safe. Security is provided on the exterior of the property using Ring motion activated video cameras at the following locations: Front door, front yard, rear yard, side yard. Ring cameras are readily visible, used for security purposes only, and do not cover areas with chaise lounges nor interiors.

Beautiful home with lots of natural sunlight, fun artwork and all the amenities to make a long weekend stay comfortable.The house is about a quarter mile walk from a park that is dog friendly and has hiking trails and views of the ocean! Very close to grocery stores and cafe’s

Could have had one more bathroom and an ice maker! Carpet and furniture had some stains ! However loved the viewing room and living room !
