apartment renovated in spring 2018, in an exceptional building, in the middle of a large 19th century park. This building includes 2 completely independent lodgings, located on the first floor of each wing. The situation is close to Tours (1/4 hour), 10 minutes from the castle of Villandry, on the route "Loire à Vélo", and 3 minutes from the golf Touraine (Ballan-Miré). The apartment is quiet, bright, the kitchen is well equipped. Private parking. Secure local for bicycles.

What a unique place to stay. Spacious clean and modern. Light and airy. Yes the whole hemicycle is looking a bit run down and could do with a bit of TLC but the flat itself was great. You can get into Tours with plenty of free parking in 15 mins. Villandry is just down the road. Very easy to get around. A couple of minor moans- agree with previous post that considering price a couple more toilet rolls would have been helpful. I would have loved to have used the coffee machine but we don't have those types at home and I didn't want to buy a whole box for just a couple of nights ☹️ a TV would also be good for the wet days especially with children. Being able to use the bikes was amazing and the use of washing machine and huge drying space was a great help. All communications were brilliant and it's a lovely quiet space to stay with the bonus of lovely grounds to walk around. Highly recommend.

Bel appartement dans une bâtisse de caractère faisant corps avec le parc.. Nous nous sommes tout de suite plus avec ses grands espaces, ses vues sur le parc mais surtout le calme qui l entoure.. Propriétaire aux petits soins ..nous étions choyés..merci encore..nous reviendrons sans doite

L’emplacement est très bien car proche de tours et central pour la visite des châteaux. Endroit très calme, propre et spacieux avec les commodités essentielles ( malheureusement, 1 rouleau de papier toilette et demi pour 4 personnes et 4 jours …). Très bonne literie. Manquent quelques petites attentions des propriétaires vis à vis de leurs hôtes ( petite table extérieure déjà installée et non pas nous laisser nous débrouiller. Vélos proposés mais pas assez pour 4 ?!!!?? Petites informations sur les lieux culturels autour). Nous sommes restés 4 nuits. Bon séjour.

Nous avons profité d'une semaine de calme et de repos dans cette propriété d'exception par son charme et son environnement. Le gîte est bien équipé et très propre (tout neuf). Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très agréables. Nous avons pu leur emprunter des vélos pour une balades en famille au bord du Cher tout proche. La situation du gîte est idéal pour découvrir les nombreux châteaux environnants (Villandry, Azay le Rideau, Langeais...) et Tours. Nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances.

J'ai été tenté de ne pas noter positivement ce fabuleux site car jaloux des futurs vacanciers qui vont profiter de cette location en tout point remarquable;-). L'accueil est très agréable, efficace et charmant. La location est à l'image de l'accueil. L'appartement est vaste, chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipé (ce qui est rarement le cas en général). Que dire à propos du domaine qui est tout simplement incroyable. Vaste espace verdoyant et boisé, au calme, juste à proximité d'un joli bois et à 15mn à peine du centre de Tours. Tout cela pour sensiblement moins cher qu'un hôtel de même standing dans Tours. Et ici pas de parking à payer. Vraiment une très très belle surprise.

Appartement de vacances joliment meublé dans un immeuble très particulier. Le gîte est propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire a été très sympa et rapidement disponible pour les questions. La situation est très bon pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. Nous pouvons le recommander ! // Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem ganz besonderen Gebäude. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hat auf Fragen sehr schnell reagiert. Die Lage ist ideal um die Schlösser im Loire Tal zu besuchen. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Nous rentrons d'un séjour de trois jours dans cet appartement. Nous étions 4 à partager deux chambres communicantes (3 adultes et 1 enfants). L'état général de cet appartement est Excellent (tout refait à neuf) et vraiment très propre. Le propriétaire est professionnel et se montre toujours disponible et acueillant. Situé dans un domaine avec château et parc tout autour, ce lieu est vraiment superbe ! A découvrir !
