19th century Touraine house: 15km AMBOISE, LOCHES TOURS in the heart of the Loire castles and vineyards.
The castles of CHAMBORD, CHEVERNY, CHENONCEAU as well as the gardens of Villandry, Chaumont...
In the heart of Touraine and the vineyards, ideally located to visit the castles, the cellars, the FUTUROSCOPE (1 hour Direct Motorway), the ZOO of Beauval (40 mm Direct Motorway), it is also possible to enjoy many other activities for the pleasure of all (Indre and Loire by bike, hiking trails, canoeing, amusement park for children...).
Amenities on foot, municipal swimming pool at 300 m in July and August.
The independent house:
Renovated, in the centre of the town of Esvres, a pretty village in the Indre valley, with garden and private parking.
First floor (about 30 m2): Entrance, large room (TV, Wifi, 2-seater sofa bed...) with new equipped kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave...). Separate toilet, space with washing machine.
Attic floor (15 m2): Double bedroom with double bed of 140 and a bed of 90, bathroom (shower). Baby kit available.
