Heerlijk groot huis met groot balkon, rustig gelegen, maar toch op loopafstand van een bakker en een supermarkt. Het huis had werkelijk alles: genoeg serviesgoed en bestek, handdoeken, strandlakens en zelfs een wasmand.
Gorroppu-kloof en Cala Gonone zijn binnen 45 minuten bereikbaar waardoor dit huis een perfecte uitvalsbasis is.
We zouden hier graag nog eens terug willen komen.

It is a lovely house, in a rural area, close to the center, a supermarket, the beach etc. Everything you will need is there. The owner, Mario, is very friendly and helpfull. Even with high temperatures it is a comfortable place to stay.

The house is spotlessly clean and the hosts have thought of everything in relation to facilities. The outdoor decking area at first floor level is very pleasant to sit out on (where the kitchen and lounge are located) Mario and his family were incredibly helpful during our stay and could not have been kinder. The house is very conveniently located on the quiet edge of town, and only 10 mins walk to the centre of Orosei. A small supermarket and cafe / bakery are just around the corner. We shopped for locally produced food and enjoyed cooking and barbecuing at the house. We would highly recommend this holiday home.
The dog next door was a little irritating at times (barks quite a lot but not at night) but this didn't spoil our stay and we recognise it is not the fault of the holiday home owner Mario. The beds could be a little more comfortable but this is a minor issue.

House is located in walking distance from center with all shops and restaurants nearby.
Two bathrooms (as we were two families).
Well equipped - air condition, dishwasher machine, washing machine, grill etc.
Mirka and Mario were great at our arrival as they brought us to visit town, near beaches etc. Very appreciated.
Close to beautiful beaches of east Sardinia.
Sorting out the garbage is tricky in Orosei as trash collecting company is very strict and refusing to take not compliant bags.
Crowdy in August, but this does not have anything with house.
