La pulizia, il cortile per posteggiare, la zona in cui è ubicata, il fatto che ci sia la lavatrice e la disponibilità dell’host.

L’appartamento è molto curato, recentemente ristrutturato e comodo, è anche fornito di tutto il necessario per la cucina. Ci è piaciuto molto lo stile moderno con cui è stato arredato ed anche lo spazio esterno.
Abbiamo avuto problemi con gli insetti (zanzare ed api) che entravano dalle finestre, quindi suggerirei di installare delle zanzariere. Inoltre migliorerei anche gli infissi perché di notte i rumori esterni si sentono incredibilmente vicini (come se fossero in casa). Il nostro sonno è stato disturbato tutte le notti nonostante siamo abituati abitando in città.
