About this house rental
The house is located about 900 meters from the center of Orosei, a six- to eight-minute walk away. It is part of a residential complex of townhouses, all completely independent, within a private area.
The house features a backyard with a wood-fired oven and a terrace, as well as a front yard with space for two cars. It is divided into two levels: one for the living area and one for the sleeping area. The first floor is not available as it is unfurnished.
The backyard borders a quiet public area lined with centuries-old olive trees, where you can take a stroll. A note regarding electricity consumption: utility costs are included in the price for normal use of appliances. It is understood that consumption exceeding normal levels—such as charging an electric car—is not included in the price but must be reimbursed via separate payment. The property is surrounded by a public park with centuries-old olive trees, where you can take a walk or let the children play. Linens (sheets and towels), if requested, are available on-site but not included in the price. Please arrange this directly with the owner. Before guests arrive, the house is sanitized with sodium hypochlorite and “Lisoform”-type disinfectants. At the entrance to the house, there is a dispenser with hydroalcoholic hand sanitizer. The air conditioner filters are regularly sanitized.

Casa Marta was a perfect home base for exploring the many beaches around Orosei. Claudio was an exceptional host, meeting us timely for check in, reviewing the particulars of the house, and providing great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and outings. He was very responsive to any questions or needs (even dropping off an extra fan at our request).The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, especially considering we were there during a particularly hot spell. The upstairs stayed cool during the day with the storm shutters closed and cooled quickly in the evenings with the breeze (screens helped keep any bugs at bay, though we saw few). The heat pump AC in the downstairs provided a cool respite when we returned from the beaches on the afternoons. Kitchen was well appointed, the beds and living room were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
