About this house rental
House of the late 800s, recently renovated, located in the heart of the historic center of the country, about 100 meters from the Piazza del Popolo (main square) and 20 meters from the Parish Church. The house, equipped with air conditioning, is positioned on the hill behind the church and enjoys an enchanting panoramic view of the town and the gulf of Orosei. The structure is developed in 2 levels: the ground floor, the oldest part, with an area of about 70 square meters, which preserves the original architecture with various testimonies of life from other times, including an ancient brick oven and an oven fireplace that was used for cooking the typical "carasau" bread. The floors and walls were made with reference to the prestigious "cement tiles" and glazed terracotta tiles that make the environment elegant and pleasant. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance hall and the bedroom, there is an additional bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor, with the same surface, there is a large double bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen room all connected to the panoramic terrace. The beds are particularly comfortable, equipped with wooden slats and memory technology mattresses to ensure the best rest for guests

We had a lovely time in Orosei and enjoyed staying in the home. Extremely lovely hosts! The location was perfect and we loved the terrace (perfect for sunset drinks). Our only commentary would be that there is very little amenity (no soap, laundry powder etc, necessary for travellers) and the wifi did not work well.

Located in the centre of Orosei, this house offers a lot of space and therefore is ideal for a small family. The equipment of the kitchen and the two separate bathrooms is quite new and absolutely complete. We had lot of space to place our hiking and paddling equipment and enjoyed preparing our meals in the modern kitchen.
The highlight however is the big terrace with a beautiful view over the roofs of the city center and to the see. If the night would have been warmer in September, we would have spend there all night. Thanks Claudio and Pedra for that wonderful accomodation!

Great Apartment. The location of the apartment is very convenient. 2 minutes from the main square in Orosei. The view from the terrace is great. You overlook all of Orosei, in the distance you can see the sea and also the mountains. The apartment is spacious and clean. Great kitchen. You find all kinds of gadgets. Also the bed is very good (which is not typical for holiday apartments) - good mattress. Teh owners are super friendly. I can only recommend this apartnemt

We had a wonderful stay in this appartement. The place is nice looking and clean, the furniture is new. The balcony has an awesome view. The apartment is in a perfect location in the old town of Orosei, close to the restaurants and bars. Piera and Claudio were very friendly hosts and gave us plenty of travel advice and options. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there and we hope to see them again :)
