Apartment with garden in a two-family house; it is equipped with all the comforts with an exclusive garden, a covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining, parking on the property, air conditioning with charge (€ 100 per stay), 3 double rooms (one with private bathroom) 2 bathrooms . Located in a very quiet residential area of Orosei. It is about 2 km from the sea and is a short distance from the center and the points of interest: museum, restaurants, pizzerias and shops, pharmacy. The furniture is new and well maintained. Equipped with: TV in each room, in the living room and in the kitchen; it is equipped with blender, blender, Moka, coffee machine, washing machine, two fridges with freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, umbrella, a bike, etc.
