Located at the top of Orosei the house is about 650 meters from the historic center and just over a kilometer, as the crow flies, from the beautiful beach. On two floors plus a basement for a total area of about 125 square meters. with veranda and barbecue to dine in the open air. It has a living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, refrigerator, stove, plates, cutlery, pots, etc ...), a sofa bed for two people, three double bedrooms (a total of 8 people can be accommodated), three bathrooms complete with toilet, shower, toilet and bidet, washing machine.
