The location was very nice, The room was spacious, comfortable and well equiped The price was excellent, good value for money.

Cleaning of the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken and was laid behind the toilet down in the floor. Check out was supposed to be from 12:00 to 13:00, but we got a call 15 mins before 12:00 that we must leave by 12:00 because the cleaning staff was coming

It's a lovely place on a hill overlooking the bay and the city. Beautiful sunset! We were having our home cooked dinner outside between olive trees. There is a restaurant right next to it as well, offering many local dishes.

Good place on the Peloponnese for digital nomads like us. Small apartment. Cleverly designed space use. 500 m down is the sea. A quiet road leads there. Good wifi. Good restaurant next door. Come! The view from the room is killer and it's right next to a Tavern of some repute, although I didn't eat there. The room was a good size, smallish bathroom but adequate. I wasn't driving so I caught cabs (Walked a couple of times) in to Kalamata at around 10 euro. Check out Argo Taverna in Kalamata for some great food.

The location was fine if you're driving but as I wasn't the beach was a bit of a hike. I also had some problems finding it ..... signage could be improved, best to look for the Tavern sign. (See Pics). Luckily the peeps that dropped me off spoke Greek and we got it sorted by asking a very kind passer by. As I said I wasn't driving but it could have been an issue parking outside room as people use the side entrance (and property carpark just outside the room) to access the Tavern which doesn't leave any room for the renters car.
