As an individual, I adored the fact that it was peaceful and not on the main roads. The place was spotless, with all amenities needed for a short or long stay. A 10 minute drive from the centre of Kalamata, supermarket, pharmacy and, as you're not in Kalamata, with the peripheral road, you can get to any destination outside of Kalamata easily. Owner also added a second bed as we were a family of 4 and thus the kids each had their own bed.
A few drawbacks - no washing machine so a long stay might be out of the question. Internet is via satellite so spotty reception when cloudy. Door key always on the outside lest you want to get locked out whilst you're there.

Wonderful location and views. Delightful hosts and beautiful well cared for property with it's terraced olive grove 'garden' setting. Tranquility second to none (being the only guests was brilliant for us!)
As tea drinkers a kettle would have been a welcome addition to the kitchen!

Definitely one of the best accommodations I've ever been! Spectacular view to the bay and Kalamata from the teracce, a cosy appartment and a very friendly and helpful host.
