Could have a better stay

The only good thing is that you are on the first line with a view to the West towards the sea. From your house straight to the beach - not particularly clean, stony (don't forget your aqua shoes) but sandy already. Maria was attentive.

While we were waiting, we stayed on the beach and there were free umbrellas and sunbeds, but while we were gone, a mean Greek woman started to insist that they were actually paid, given that she was told that we didn't understand, etc.... Twice, and the second time she just closed the umbrella. The parking itself, as I guessed from the location, is on the street and goes down 50 meters to the luggage house. There was no free space and we drove the car next to another so that it wouldn't get in the way. All these houses were bought/rented by Greeks. We are the only others. However, there is a hotel next door and it is full of all kinds of people - Romanians, Macedonians, Serbs, Russian speakers. The houses are old buildings - ours has old furniture, everything is worn out. The joinery does not seal and it is terribly noisy once from the beach, which is towards the front bedroom and a second time from the pool from the hotel, which can be heard from the back bedroom. Quite noisy! You definitely won't regret, if you miss this particular place.

an extraordinary experience to fall asleep and to wake up to the sound of the waves

We appreciated the proximity to the beach the most. The house is very well organized: on the ground floor, there is the living room with access to the beach, to the west, and on the opposite side the kitchen with access to the terrace to the garden, to the east with many fruit trees (apricots are delicious). We used to have breakfast on the terrace from the garden, then enjoy coffee on the terrace next to the beach. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own generous terrace. The house is quite cool and we didn't need air conditioning until one day, when the temperatures outside were 35 degrees Celsius and the wind didn't blow. But, being right on the beach, it is easy to cool off in the sea, even in the quiet of the night. The beach is not crowded. If you don't want to cook, next to the access to the property there is a pastry shop with very good pies and coffee and a few minutes walk from the beach there are taverns with delicious food. It is a privilege to be able to spend almost all the time on the beach, which is in the continuation of the private yard and going out on the beach, you reach the tavern also from the beach Maria is a wonderful host, very cheerful and attentive. Thank you, Maria for a fairytale vacation. We felt somewhat like in the childhood summer holidays at our grandparents, without any worries.

An exceptional view, a close beach and a charming house

The house was lovely and very well equipped - all we needed was there. There were two terraces (one looking at the sea) and two balconies. The sea with a nice sandy beach and warm water was just 10 meters away! We could enjoy coffee on the terrace in the shade and swim any minute, begin our morning with a swim and some yoga in the yard and enjoy the sunset over the sea in the evening. The place is easy to find and there is a creperie just around the corner - the supermarket is quite close too. We enjoyed it greatly and we can recommend it for a family stay, a couple travel or if you are friends (then you'll have to decide who takes a wonderful bedroom with a large bed:)) The host, Maria, was super friendly and helpful and I am very thankful for this amazing experience!

We liked the view from the porch and the main bedroom's balcony. We were happy that there were two bathrooms, good air conditioning and we especially appreciated our host's warm welcome and her local recommendations.
