About this house rental
Located centrally in the heart of Pauanui on the edge of the airfield.
Plenty of space to unwind and a flat section to utilize to the fullest for all those outdoor activities with the kids.
Convenient walk across the road to the Pauanui shopping centre for all those last minute supplies or a bite to eat or coffee to go.
If you’re a family wanting to get away for a break then this is the place for you.
There is a skatebowl and playground a short distance away and loads of open space to kick a ball around in.
Great for plane spotters to watch the aircraft come and go from the comfort of your deckchair.
Modern easy clean Family Bach with the creature comforts of home
Special conditions:
Pets by negotiation. Minimum stay: 2 nights, 1 week high season, 3 nights long weekends.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to:
Clean the house, bathrooms and toilets and do the dishes, put out the rubbish before you leave; If you wish to arrange to have a cleaner come in, let me know, this is an additional cost of $80 on top of the booking fee.

The property had everything we needed. The only slight downside was the location, being next to the shopping centre meant it was often noisy on a Friday and Saturday night from the bar / restaurant directly opposite. The only other mention I have is that there are no curtains or blinds on some windows in the bedrooms so everyone had to change in the bathrooms and light from a neighbouring property shone through two of these windows at night.
