About this house rental

Plenty of room for the kids downstairs with two bedrooms a bathroom and kids hangout room. There is no internal excess between upstairs and down. Great fenced back yard. Relax on the upstairs deck area or enjoy the very short stroll to the beach or estuary.
Duvets and pillow provided. Must bring own linen and towels. Hand and tea towels provided. Please do not use linen stored there. Kayaks, bikes, boggie boards and skim boards available. Some personal items maybe still on the house but stored away . Pets welcome on request only. The section is fenced and safe for children and dogs but at our discretion regarding dogs .

We absolutely loved our 10days here. We spent Xmas here. The beauty of the beach made us fantasise about owing a holiday bach at Cooks. Although the weather wasn’t the best the kids found plenty to occupy them. We felt so fortunate that the owner allowed us to use their water equipment like kayaks, boards and life jackets. Had a real home away from home feel: Our meals outside on the deck was wonderful. The bach was a quick walk to the river which is stunning and kid friendly. The host was very kind and accommodating. Fully recommend this place.

Paula was accessible, responsive and generous in many ways to improve our stay and counter potential problems due to inclement, storm weather. Amenities more than met needs of 3 generations

Excellent property for our group - good size rooms, large deck, separate space downstairs, bikes and kayaks all a real bonus. Large yard for cars and room to move around. Shops, beach and river all within walking or biking distance. Excellent communication from Owner. Highly recommend.
