Just a couple of minutes down the adjacent walkway to the beach or up to the shops. You'll feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door...
Our modernised, retro-style Kiwi bach has a lovely family feel and is securely fenced for kids and pets alike. It has private outdoor living on a new deck (Oct-21) with spacious dining & lounging areas. Inside is an open plan kitchen/dining/living space with a new kitchen (Oct-20). Wash off from the beach under the heated outdoor shower where you'll never run out of gas heated hot water!
No parties, no evening visits over 10 adults without permission, and no noise outside after 10.30pm.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$75.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels) and do your dishes before you leave;

Quintessential Kiwi Bach, very clean and tidy with everything you need. Just a short walk to the beach or town our little dog absolutely loved all the walks. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our family stayed here in Easter 2024. We loved this property. So close to the beach and main shopping areas. The beach house was very well appointed and suited us perfectly.

Location is certainly handy, in particular for an off season break where you want to be near town. The house smells very damp / musty ...not sure what the cause is of that but it didn't leave over the 4 day period...otherwise all as to be expected for this price bracket. The hot outdoor shower is a bonus ! Thankyou.
