About this villa rental
Summary:
Ideally located property in the Salgados area, this six bedroom, five bathroom property truly caters for all family needs, with special emphasis on relaxation and a convivial social environment. Less than ten minutes drive from the centre of the bustling town of Albufeira, walking distance to the stunning Salgados golf course, and within a few minutes drive of a choice of beaches, some small and others than you can literally walk for kilometres, building up an appetite for an evening meal at one of the many nearby restaurants.
The Space:
Vivenda Salgados is far from a typical rental property, more like an extremely well appointed family home, with ample areas for guests of all ages to relax and enjoy a truly memorable holiday. All needs have been meticulously thought out.
This fantastic six bedroom, five bathroom fully alarmed property is set in a large walled and fenced plot accessed by electric gates with more than adequate parking and surrounded by gardens on all sides of the property. The walls, additional hedging and trees offer plenty of privacy, yet only a very short walk to the nearest restaurants.
Salgados is about ten minutes drive from the centre of the bustling towns of Albufeira and Armação de Pêra. Guia, the capital of chicken piri-piri is only about five minutes away as well as Zoomarine and Algarve Shopping commercial centre. Salgados golf course, is only five minutes walk from the villa. Horse riding is available at Quinta da Saudade a couple of minutes drive away. Beaches and supermarkets are a 2 minute drive.
The main living area consists of a huge 120m2 open plan, air-conditioned living area with doors looking out to the terraces. A large leather sofa offers plenty of seating as well as an internal dining area and further leather sofas in the snug complete with a large plasma tv, satellite, Playstation, a perfect space for the kids to escape from the hot sun. Adjacent is a football table and a separate guest w/c.
There is a large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, complimented by an american style fridge freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a 5 ring halogen hob with extractor, making it a pleasure preparing food, be it breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a simple barbecue for family and friends!
The six very spacious bedrooms comprise of the following. On the ground floor, 1 double room (yellow) with ensuite bath, toilet and washbasin. 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and 1 double bedroom (grey) with ensuite shower room. On the first floor we have the master bedroom with and ensuite shower room. 1 kingsize bedroom (cream woodgrain) and 1 double bedroom, both with private terraces, and sharing a large family bathroom with twin washbasins.
Given that outside living is of paramount importance for holidaying guests, great care has been taken to ensure that this is extremely well taken care of and to provide all the things that we don’t easily find at home.
On a lower level, a large 12 x 6m main swimming pool, connected to a kiddy pool, totalling 16m long (with optional pool heating at 250 GBP per week) is surrounded by a large patio area with sun loungers and lawned borders.
Overlooking the pool level there are extensive terraces. One area contains a large chill and seating area with modern rattan furniture where one can read a book, or everyone can get together for some enjoyable pre or post dinner drinks. On the other side of this terrace, a large covered dining terrace can be found, perfect to enjoy a prolonged evening meal in great company!
Parents can keep an eye on the children, playing table tennis, football or having fun in the pool without having to leave the table, thus completing to full family entertainment relaxation and, most importantly, peace of mind!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. The pool was fantastic and the two young grandsons spent many happy hours in it as did the rest of us. Perfect for a family holiday.

The property is lovely just a bit shabby quite a few things need to be replaced saying that it didn't stop us
having a fantastic time the pool is big which we needed as a family of 11
I paid extra to have it heated so we could use ot quite late into the evenings I definitely recommend it
