Schöne Lage auf Eiswerder, auch wenn an viel befahrener Straße, aber sehr gute Schallschutzfenster. Ansprechend eingerichtet, schöne Größe. Vermieter gut erreichbar.
Nur oberflächlich geputzt. Müll lag noch unterm Tisch, Krümel auf den Stühlen, dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank. Leider funktionierte der Temperaturregler der Dusche nicht. Kein Toaster, dafür ein Milchschäumer, der aber inkomplett war. Massiv beschädigte und schlecht schließende Terrassentüren - da wurde einem Angst und Bange um seine Kaution. Kaution wurde nicht automatisch zurücküberwiesen, man musste hinterherrufen. Verwalter hatte als Entschädigung für Dreck und Dusche Erlass der Parkgebühr zugesagt - ist aber nie erfolgt.
