De locatie is goed en ligt buiten Verviers, heel rustig. Sauna en hottub waren prima in orde en schoon. Een goed groot tweepersoonsbed aanwezig en ligbad midden in de kamer. Mobiele airco aanwezig, voldoende parkeerplaats.
Bij aankomst waren de vuilbakken onder de gootsteen nog vol van de vorige gasten. Er is WIFI aanwezig maar deze is uitermate traag en voldoet niet aan de standaard van vandaag. Keuken en slaapgedeelte is boven en daar is het al snel warm, mobiele airco werkt goed maar maakt veel geluid. Host was niet aanwezig bij aankomst, is telefonisch goed bereikbaar maar laat zich, ook bij vragen, niet zien. Onze indruk is dat deze B&B al lang bestaat, qua uitstraling beetje achterhaald en zou gemoderniseerd kunnen worden.
