well equipped, very clean, very comfortable

We loved our stay, The host is very friendly, response is quick. House was really clean, and everything you could ever need is there. We loved that our dog was welcome too,and there is a large garden (not completely fenced in) with private parking.

Great stay in lovely My House perfect for exploring Spa

Very comfortable and freshly decorated apartment with ample space and good facilities. The outside space is lovely too. In a quiet location that feels private but still close to shops, beautiful forest and lake walks and the town centre of Spa.

Very cozy and clean stay!

Very cozy, good communication and everything was clean when we arrived. Lovely details in the living room and the lights and the fire was put on to make it look nice and warm! I also loved the surroundings for walks

Never mind New Hampton in the Fall, My House in Spa is the perfect autumnal retreat! Perfect :)

Beautifully decorated and spacious apartment with all the facilities and equipment we needed. Lovely quiet and picturesque location close to the Lac but still an easy walk to the town centre with shops very close by. Parking on site and very helpful and attentive host to welcome us and on hand during our stay. Lovely outside space and autumnal decorations added a special touch. We loved it :)

Beautiful, very clean house with everthing you need! Very nice host and a beautiful terrace!

We had 2 dogs and they could escape from the garden so we had to watch them very closely but after a 10km walk, they were too exhausted to escape! :)

L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux (chauffage, bougie et plein d'autres petites attentions), la décoration de Noël soignée et pleine de charme, et l’ambiance incroyablement cosy. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi.

Quasi een tweede thuis-gevoel!

Gezellig, knus, huiselijk en sfeervol ingericht nestje voorzien van talrijke kleine attenties.(Nespresso-cups, veel theebuiltjes, snoepjes etc.). Net onderhouden, voldoende ruim, goed bed en rustig gelegen. Top qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Totale privacy. Eenvoudige check-in en check-out met sleutel in kastje. Uiterst vriendelijke en vlotte communicatie met eigenaar Florent. We komen zeker nog eens terug en raden dit verblijf dan ook zonder problemen aan. Hartelijk dank Florent!

Heerlijk ontspannend in een mooie omgeving

De aankomst was super, alles was perfect voorbereid! Wij voelden ons gelijk welkom! Alles wat je nodig hebt is er gewoon!

Het enige mini puntje was, de lage ingang van de slaapkamer naar de trap. Daar kan je hoofd aan stoten, maar daar gaat de eigenaar iets aan doen!

Gezellige getaway in de Ardennen🍂

Leuke tuin en een top ontvangst! De lichtjes waren aan en er stond muziek op. Er is koffie en thee voorzien. Alles is aanwezig voor een weekendje weg. Florent is een aangename gastheer die heel vlot communiceert.

Op de zetel zaten wat vlekken. Mensen die niet houden van een stevige wandeling nemen best de auto naar het centrum. Als je niet bang bent van een stevige helling op de terugweg is het een aangename wandeling!

LA CASA CUENTA CON TODO LO NECESARIO Y MAS, SE ENCUENTRA A UN PAR DE MINUTOS DEL CENTRO DE SPA DONDE HAY SUPERMERCADOS Y RESTAURANTES. Proper en leuk huisje.

Supermooie omgeving en de eigenaars doen enorm hun best om u welkom te laten voelen.

De matras was te dun en lag niet comfortabel voor ons. De gordijnen in de slaapkamer verduisteren niet en daardoor was het heel vroeg licht in de kamer. Er hing ook een vieze geur in de badkamer, ondanks dat alles heel netjes gepoetst was. Ik denk dat de sterke geur vanuit de buizen komt.

Top adres, we voelden ons direct thuis met de kaarsjes, muziek en de koffie die klaar stond .Er is aan alles gedacht in het huis en honden zijn ook welkom, het is ook gezellig ingericht .

Alles was naar wens. Tip: we zouden het veiliger vinden moest er een trapleuning zijn naar boven .

Un écrin cosy

Belle petite maison cosy située à 15min de marche du centre-ville dans une rue calme. Habitué des maisons ou chambres d'hôtes,ici c'est du jamais vu. Qd vous entrez, la radio et quelques bougies (des fausses évidemment) sont allumées, la table est dressée,...vous pensez réellement entrer chez des amis qui vous ont invités. Déco de très bon goût. Nous y retournerons !

À éviter absolument, mieux vaut aller directement à l’hôtel.

À éviter absolument. Logement très sale et mal entretenu, dans un état déplorable. Nous avons reçu le code d’accès à 23h25, bien trop tard, après plusieurs relances. Le propriétaire n’est pas respectueux, ne se soucie pas du confort de ses clients. Ici, le client n’est pas roi : c’est le propriétaire qui impose ses règles sans aucune considération. Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Le logement était très sale et mal entretenu. J’ai reçu le code d’accès très tard, à 23h25, après plusieurs relances. Le lieu était dans un état déplorable et ne correspondait pas aux photos. Le propriétaire n’était pas respectueux, ne répondait pas correctement aux messages et n’a montré aucun souci du bien-être des locataires. Très mauvaise expérience. A eviter !!

Defecte traptrede en de lage deur via een afstap in de slaapkamer waar je je hoofd kunt bezeren. Daarbij een misverstand over de uitchecktijd.

Mooie ruime, schone en zeer complete accomodatie op een prima locatie in een mooie omgeving die zijn geld meer dan waard

Ruime accomodatie, eigenlijk een heel huis voor 2 personen met alles erop en eraan. Echt alles aanwezig in keuken, vaatwasser, oven, kookplaat, magnetron, tosti apparaat, broodrooster en een hele complete keukenvoorraad aan pannen, glazen, ovenschaal, slacentrifuge, vergiet, snijplanken, bestek, koffieapparaat voor cups, waterkoker etc…….echt heel erg compleet. Ook nog olijfolie, kruiden, koffie, thee, melk, suiker, keukenrol, dozen met tisseau’s echt zo compleet! Voor de Nederlandse gasten, een kaasschaaf ontbrak, dit puur ter info, durf het bijna niet te vermelden, want echt aan alles was verder gedacht. Daarnaast heel netjes en ruim. Heerlijk rustig en grote tuin met mooi zitje en gezellige verlichting, heel sfeervol.

Eigenlijk niets. Klein minpuntje voor ons waren de wat zachtere matrassen, maar dat is heel persoonlijk. Wij zijn een hard matras gewend, daarom meer een persoonlijke kwestie dan een minpunt.

De sfeer in het huis was heel fijn. De verlichting en de inrichting was erg gezellig en mooi. Ook de lieve attenties en de uitgebreide uitrusting. Echt alles was aanwezig.

Een verduisteringsgordijn in de slaapkamer mistte ik wel. Dat had het helemaal top gemaakt.

Get was ruim en heel gezellig ingericht. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien om goed te kunnen koken. Door de kleine welkomst attentie voelden wij ons direct thuis. En er was zeker genoeg plaats voor onze grote honden

My house, un petit paradis 💕

Tout!! Très cosy, tout y était, rangé avec bon goût, un lit confortable, magnifique salle de bain, belle cuisine avec tout, près du centre à pied et des thermes et surtout l’accueil que Florent nous avait réservé, bougies, musique, table dressée etc… what else ? C’était magnifique, nous y reviendrons le plus vite possible !!!
