Appartement chaleureux mais prix élevée non justifié.
L’appartement est bien aménagé et bien décoré
Quand nous avons fait l’état des lieux en rentrant dans l’appartement il y avait des déchets de pizza sur la hotte de cuisine sûrement des loueurs d’avant, pas d’aspirateur pour nettoyer nous même, un simple balais serpillière et au résultat de l’eau après lavage pour rendre l’endroit propre, je doute que le prix de la facturation du nettoyage soit justifié.. De plus nous payons des frais pour notre animal de compagnie qui lui s’est très bien comporté ce qui n’était pas le cas du locataire à côté ou le chien n’arrêtait pas d’aboyer et vu son petit format ce faufiler sur notre terrasse et venait taquiner notre chien. Un peu dessus du prix global au vue du séjour passé ..

Al met al wel een aanrader.
De locatie. Mooi appartement met een smaakvolle inrichting. De complete keukeniuitrusting. NB er is wel een oven, dat staat niet vermeld in de keukenuitrusting. Fijn was dat de wc niet in de badkamer was en niet nabij de slaapkamers.
De vloer was niet schoon. Vlekken op de tegels. Vlekken in het mooie vloerkleed. Bestekbak was niet schoon (het bestek zelf wel). Zaterdagochtend een hoop geschreeuw op de gang! Dat bleek de poetsploeg te zijn.
