Giga's apartament

Понравилось все, но особенно хозяйка Нато! Невероятно приветливая, всегда на связи, угощала нас кофе, арбузом и хинкали, а еще у нее замечательный пес Филимон) Квартира очень чистая, напор воды в душе отличный, wifi быстрый, кондиционер мощный и тихий. Есть все , что нужно, кровать удобная, постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. На кухне в наличии все кухонные принадлежности, микроволновка, кофеварка, чайник, холодильник. Огромная терраса из двух частей, вся в цветах, выходит в типичный грузинский тихий дворик- это огромный плюс, очень приятно сидеть вечером после долгих прогулок, попивая чачу. Все соответствует фото на Букинге. Расположение прекрасное, проспект Руставели и театр оперы и балета в 1 минуте ходьбы, весь старый город мы обошли пешком. Тбилиси очень красив! Прямо за выходом из двора лавочка с готовой едой, покупали там лобио, аджапсандал, печеные овощи - все очень вкусно, за ней - Спар, в котором все есть. Обменники, рынок с овощами - фруктами - все рядом. Мы брали машину напрокат - и ее можно было поставить во дворе, что также очень удобно. Нато, спасибо огромное за наш отпуск, мы обязательно вернемся!

Это не имеет отношения к квартире, просто она находится во дворе, если заказывать яндекс такси, лучше выйти на улицу, иначе таксисты не находят.

Everything was amazing. The location, the friendliness and the hospitality of Nato made my long stay in Tbilisi an outstanding experience! Would love to be back for sure ❤️

Location, clean apartment, WiFi, AC, kind, and friendly family next door who helped out with finding a grocery store at late night despite they don't speak English. You will love Georgian hospitality and kindness.

Address hard to find as there is no number written outside the entrance into the courtyard. There should be extra towels for 5 nights stay. No laundry machine.

The apartment does not have any exterior signal. It is impossible to locate, because you can not see the number on the street. It is supposed that you can contact the owner by phone, but just arriving to Georgia we do not have yet a sim card, so we need to ask to a neighbor to please call for us to the owner. Additionally the second day there was a problem with the hot water. The owner told us that they have called to a technician but they were enable to fix the problem. As we can not use the shower we ask the owner to cancel the rest of the booked days and we move to other hotel. They can not charged us for the rest of the days.The owner is really kind. I suppose it was just bad luck the problem with the hot water.

That there is not any external sign to locate the apartment. If you do not have a sim card it is impossible to locate the apartment. The pictures are slightly more beautiful than the apartment.
