The place is amazing. Yes, you have to go up "the mountain" to get to the apartment, taking a narrow street, but the view from the balcony is amazing. Also the apartament is brand new, with good finishes.
The mattresses and the pillows are a little outdated. I think they need a change for 100% of the confort that you need.
Another thing(which is not related to the property nor the apartment, is that they had some visitors that they didn't take care of the apartment. We saw footprints near the ceiling and dirty walls. I f the previous visitors who did this, you should be ashamed of yourselves.... such a beautiful place, and you discraced yourselves by doing that....sad...

Eine Traumwohnung im Bergdorf ,,Sola,,sehr groß 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 2 Terrassen, mega Aussicht zum Meer und zum Ort, riesen Garage mit Fernbedienung, alles piccobello
Top Küche mit allem was man braucht, nur kein Topf funktioniert auf dem Induktionsherd , steile sehr enge Straße führt nach oben,aber es lohnt sich

Nice view, clean, decent bed.
Noisy neighbors at night in the next door apartment. Shower drain was clogged. There are exactly four knives, forks and spoons. How expensive it is to add some extra cutlery?

Beautiful location. We didn't meet Anthony from Happy Holidays but he did fix one or two problems very promptly and we did get some help from the owner too. Nicely decorated and generally well appointed apartment up in the hills above Alassio with a great view down to the town.
One or two things didn't work in the apartment when we arrived, particularly the induction hob and the washing machine. Anthony fixed the washing machine but the hob looks like a problem for the manufacturer. However they did have a back up portable hob so we were ok to cook, and Anthony did sort out what he could so hopefully these were teething problems for a new apartment.
