The owners were always available and ready for any queries and questions. The property is well located, surrounded by many nearby point of interest. My stay was very pleasant and I was very pleased to see how well maintained it is. Once I have the opportunity again, I’d very much like to come back here again.

Communication was a bit robotic like. Ilaria didn’t answer any of my questions. Check in details were sent several hours before check in and were good and this kindly allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. The apartment was spotless. The cleaning lady is lovely. No bottle opener in the apartment which was extremely annoying. No view. Expensive for a solo traveller better value for a family.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is simply the best you could hope for in Alassio: right next to the promenade, but not on it, so that you can sleep. The staff were helpful and nice to deal with. No frills, so dont expect any: just a fine and clean room close to all the amenities Alassio can offer.
