The Apartment is a 5 star stunning beachfront apartment in Urangan with uninterrupted views to Fraser and the historic URANGAN Pier in Hervey Bay ….this seaside city is known as the whale watching Capital of the world!

The apartment boasts stunning waterfront ocean and bay views metres from Urangan beach and ocean foreshore. Just a short stroll to fine dining restaurants, cafe’s, pubs and minutes away from the beaches, Marina, Whale Watching trips, the popular Hervey Bay Boat Club and only 15mins from Hervey Bay Airport. You’ll love the apartment on the Esplanade with uninterrupted 180degree ocean views over to Fraser Island and opposite historic Urangan Pier. Enjoy fishing off the Pier across the road or ride along the bike path running the length of the Esplanade opposite all the beaches. The coastline has a wonderful walking and bike track all the way along the foreshore which is over 18 km long.

Fully self-contained with lovely floor to ceiling windows overlooking the stunning water views, the apartment offers a very comfortable queen size bed for couples (or twin beds for singles in second bedroom) with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in robe in the Master suite with gorgeous spa bath overlooking the ocean and views with flat screen Smart TV. The second bedroom (2 singles) has it’s own private bathroom and wardrobe with flat screen TV Smart TV.
Lay back and relax with a glass of bubbly engulfed in bath bubbles in our luxurious SPA BATH overlooking the ocean.
PIER ONE Ocean View Luxury Apartment has everything you would need including an elevator to your apartment with water feature. With polished porcelain tiles leading through to the open plan living areas with a fully equipped open plan gourmet kitchen with stylish granite bench tops, central island bench and integrated dishwasher with views to the ocean. It is well stocked with plates, glasses, serving bowls, cutlery, stainless saucepans, utensils and stainless appliances, fridge, microwave, oven and cooktop, SMEG toaster & kettle and a coffee maker …let us know if we can buy the appropriate ‘pods’ to suit your tastes as there are many varieties.
There is a large FLAT SCREEN TV with streaming, a DVD player and sound system in the lounge and flat screen Smart TVs in both bedrooms ..all with streaming. To enjoy the sunny deck overlooking the ocean we also provide a WEBBER “Family Q” BBQ and comfortable dining table with 4 chairs and 2 Acapulco lounge chairs. We have ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and heating along with ceiling fans along with a
‘Sand-Room’ …a bit like a mud-room only for the beach! A place for all your beach bags, towels, costumes, snorkels, boogie boards, surfboards etc . We offer laundry facilities with washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board, white eqyptian cotton sheets and linen and white fluffy towels and amenities included.
There is secure under-ground parking and a landscaped in-ground modern swimming pool and Spa overlooking the beach and ocean.
There is an intercom/video security for entry and CCTV security throughout the PIER ONE complex & outside our apartment entrance for extra peace of mind.
We offer sweet savoury and Gourmet Hampers to be awaiting your arrival and many take-away menus if “cooking is not on the menu!”..Seafood platters, Antipasto platters, Wine fruit and Cheese Hampers & Vegan/Vegetarian Hampers can be organised for your arrival. Also Breakfast Hampers (Continental and Hot Breakfast) and BBQ Hampers. We can book trips and restaurants for you …just let us know if there is anything we can do to enhance your stay.

Yes, absolute beach front. The apartment is modern and well appointed. Was spotlessly clean on arrival and access was exactly as described with seamless entry. The host should be commended for her attention to detail and Margie was wonderful from pre-entry, to the stay and even following departure.

The view was spectacular. The room spacious and clean. Loved that you can walk the beachfront and the pier. Short walk for coffee and a great little market. Definitely stay again

The car basement area had a very strong and rancid urine odor. The late messages get the check in code was a bit distressing having travelled a fair distance not knowing for sure if the code want come through on time or not. The tvs were a bit of a trouble to work out. Could not get channel 9 to function. Missed shows wanted to see. The washing machine could not with better instructions. A dryer would be handy. Could do with 2 sets of keys and fod. A door on the main bathroom would be nice. The door locks are getting dated and a bit wobbly. The blinds in the main bedroom could do with real black out curtains as the sunrise light still comes through. Minor issues but would make the stay better. Air Con was a bit slow to start and filters need clearing. Water hammer noise from toilet flushing on day 1 was very loud. The pool area is getting a few minor cracks and needs some maintenance but functionally very good. Property Manager was excellent. View is spectacular. Great Restaurants near by, nice location. Haven’t visited Hervey Bay for a long time, the town has much to offer. Coastal yet Rural Town vibe. Impressive. Highly recommend to stay, wish we could of stayed longer. Will be back.
